Happy in Ibis Samui We come as a family many children Likes to run and play all affordable price. Drinks are very cheap. Happy hour prices are very cheap and the bar staff are friendly and good service restaurant. We come back here often and our husbands love to relax here. Small room suitable for the price.We like food and drinks in here.Nice hotel and room very clean.

Pros: - Very friendly staff who make do with what they have. - Hotel well located, with a tropical garden, 4 pools and all on the seafront - Beachfront restaurant with a wide choice of dishes - At breakfast, a cook in charge of omelettes (the only positive point) Cons: - Noisy air-conditioning and dirty ventilation grille - Damp room with musty smell - Disastrous breakfast. The food is in a dirty, non-air-conditioned room. - The food is not very good. - The bread is dry and stale. The tables are hardly ever cleaned. - The breakfast room is poorly air-conditioned (mobile air conditioners). - Dirty cutlery and crockery, as well as food waste, are stored in the same room, which is disgusting and dirty. There's a serious lack of hygiene.
